In the Know & In the Dark: November 14

IN THE KNOW: Family weekend at USD. It was nice to see parents checking out what their sons and daughters actually do in Vermillion. And where all the money is going.

IN THE DARK: Family weekend. It’s still a college town and a weekend. Students are still going to have fun the college way.

IN THE KNOW: USD vs. SDSU in football. Finally the wait will be over Nov. 17 up in Brookings. Bragging rights for a full year will be on the line. Expectations aren’t too high for USD fans, but strange things happen in rivarly games.

IN THE DARK: USD vs. SDSU in football. It’s been 9 years since the two teams have met and without a doubt SDSU is farther ahead in it’s Division-I transtion than USD. Considering we haven’t won a conference game yet.

IN THE KNOW: Veterans Day. It was more than nice to have a day off but military service members and veterans never can receieve enough respect.

IN THE DARK: People that neglected Veterans Day. It’s a simple gesture to thank someone who serves for the country you live in.

IN THE KNOW: HATE STATE.

IN THE DARK: SDSU only lost to NDSU by three last week.
