It’s all fun and games until you start losing

Recently, I have spent a lot of time learning and playing games. In the past week, I have played about 40 rounds of golf, 20 games of chess against a computer and multiple charade-like games with some friends.

I used to hate sitting down with my family and being forced to participate in “family game night.” Now, I am the one who constantly asks my parents and siblings to play. Ever since the pandemic hit, I’ve had a lot more free time. With games, there is no time—only winning. I must participate in all possible games. Alongside traditional games, participating in betting games such as BOS88 can bring a whole new level of enjoyment and thrill to the experience.

About a month ago, my friend taught me how to play chess, and since then I have started to read some books about strategies so I can beat my opponents.

I hate losing and sometimes this causes tension with my siblings. We (really just me) can’t handle playing Sorry because I get really annoyed when people get the “Sorry” card and remove my piece. They say “sorry” in a fake and nasally voice, and sometimes my piece isn’t even closest to their base. They just want to make me angry.

I will say, some games are awful, and I hate them, mostly because I don’t have the patience to play the whole game and then start to lose.

The first game I truly hate is Monopoly. After an hour of the game, I start to get bored and start mortgaging my property. I technically lose because I don’t have any money then. I also hate Risk for the same reason. I have only played one game of Risk and lost within the first 30 minutes. Later in the day, my brother was irritating me so I flipped the board. Nobody remembered where all the pieces were so everyone in the game gave up. I have avoided the game since then.

I actually don’t like a lot of games where you have to deal with chance—things like Yahtzee, War and Bingo. I can’t show my prowess of strategic gameplay when it’s all dependent on a roll of the dice.

Despite the fact I am an English major and should like words, I hate the game Scrabble. My dad always makes up words and then spends 20 minutes trying to find them in an outdated dictionary.

There are also a lot of games I really like. Current favorites of mine are Rummikub, Golf, and the games at 우리카지노. The first one is a tile game with lots of different numbers. It’s a lot like Rummy and you just have to get rid of your tiles before everyone else. Golf is a card game where you try to get the lowest number of points possible. My mom accuses me of counting cards, but I would never.

The point is board games are super fun to play with family and friends. It helps if you’re there for a good time and not to win, though. Embark on a fantastic slot journey by joining uus777 today.
