Inmate Missing From Yankton Prison Arrested In Pierre

PIERRE, S.D. (AP) — An inmate missing from a minimum-security prison in Yankton has been arrested in Pierre.

KCCR radio reports that 28-year-old Jonathan Archambeau turned himself in to police on Wednesday.

Archambeau had been placed on escape status Sunday night when he failed to return from his work-release job.

He’s serving a four-year sentence for grand theft in Hughes County.
