Sioux Falls Suing Developer Of Residential Neighborhood

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — The city of Sioux Falls is suing a local development group for nearly $279,000 in utility costs.

The city maintains that developers of the Arbor’s Edge residential neighborhood near Willow Run Golf Course owe the city for sanitary sewer work.

Attorney Brian Bauer formerly represented Arbor’s Edge and is mentioned in the lawsuit. He told the Argus Leader newspaper ( ) that he’s aware of the complaint but declined further comment.
