Aberdeen Police Seek Person Who Crashed Into Funeral Home

ABERDEEN, S.D. (AP) — Aberdeen police are looking for the person who stole a car from a funeral home and crashed it into the mortuary building.

The American News reports ( ) that the incident at Schriver’s Memorial Mortuary happened Sunday afternoon. Police Capt. Jay Tobin says authorities are treating it as a burglary, and asking anyone with information to contact them.

There was damage to both the funeral home’s Cadillac and to siding and brickwork on the building.
