In the know & in the dark: September 26

IN THE KNOW: USD will play it’s first Missouri Valley Conference game in the DakotaDome Saturday. Make sure everyone shows the conference our Coyote pride.

IN THE DARK: The football team being shutout 28-0 in the first half against Northwestern. We were hoping the game wasn’t going to be over in the first half.

IN THE KNOW: Dakota Days week is four days away. Let the fun of homecoming start distracting us this week.

IN THE DARK: Dakota Days being only a week away. Where has all the time gone? Is it really the end of September already?

IN THE KNOW: Students that stayed in Vermillion last weekend. Those are the students that stand to fight against being called a suitcase campus.

IN THE DARK: Students that went home last weekend. If you didn’t ride the USD bus to Chicago, why didn’t you stay in Vermillion? The campus and town doesn’t need to be that dead in the middle of September.

IN THE KNOW: Fall clothing. It’s nice to see everyone joining the trend and dressing for fall weather.

IN THE DARK: Summer is officially over. September 21 marked the end of the season. Goodbye warmth.
