Former USD Coyote and current USD assistant track coach Derek Miles has advanced to the Olympic finals of the men's pole-vault after clearing a height of 18 feet, 6 ½ inches Wednesday night in Beijing.
Miles, 35, was the only American pole-vaulter to advance to the finals.…
