Secret Service erects second barrier after White House fence-jumper

After a man scaled the White House fence, sprinted across the lawn and entered the north doors of the White house on Sept. 22, the Secret Service erected a second fence line across the lawn.

The action is an alternative to putting up barriers for foot traffic to the White House.
