MARION, S.D. (AP) — South Dakota lottery officials say a Powerball ticket sold in Marion is worth $10,000 in the Saturday drawing.
The ticket matched four of five white ball numbers and the Powerball to win the game’s third prize, at odds of 1 in about 649,000.
The winner has about six months to claim the money.
Powerball is played in 44 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The jackpot is at $450 million for the next drawing, on Wednesday.
