Thune To Speak To Class, Tour Technical School In Mitchell

MITCHELL, S.D. (AP) — South Dakota U.S. Sen. John Thune is scheduled to speak to a high government class and then take a tour of the Mitchell Technical Institute.

Thune’s office says South Dakota’s senior U.S. senator will speak to the Mitchell Christian High School government class on Friday before touring the technical school.

After the tour, Thune is expected to head to Vantage Point in Mitchell. Vantage Point is a telecommunications consulting and engineering firm.
