Cement Truck Rolls Over On Interstate 29 In Sioux Falls

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — The driver of a cement truck is at a hospital after the vehicle rolled over on Interstate 29 in Sioux Falls.

The South Dakota Highway Patrol says the driver lost control and the vehicle entered the ditch and rolled. The incident happened in the northbound lane just south of Highway 38.

Traffic was reduced to the passing lane while emergency personnel tended to the driver, who has not been publicly identified. The Patrol wouldn’t provide details about the severity of the driver’s injuries.

The incident remains under investigation.
