Pierre Police: Tires On 18 Vehicles Slashed In Capital City

PIERRE, S.D. (AP) — Police in Pierre are looking for whoever is responsible for slashing tires on 18 different vehicles this week in the capital city.

Captain Derald Gross tells KCCR-AM ( ) several tires were slashed on Tuesday evening into early Wednesday in eastern parts of the city.

Gross says there 18 vehicles owned by 12 different people that were affected. Twenty-six tires were slashed in all.

He says they have some leads, but haven’t made any arrests.
