Cycling class, boxing class great way to relieve stress
This past week I punched and kicked my way through Strike and peddled through my first cycling class. Oh, did I mention I got my first bingo?
D-Days and its many festivities proved challenging on my diet at home, but I am determined to find a balance between diet and fitness moving forward.
Now that D-Days is over, it’s a steady stream of class, homework, tests and more class until Thanksgiving break. I’ve noticed that adding fitness classes to my school schedule has made time fly and has also helped me stay more organized with class work.
If you’re ready to kick through this semester, start with Strike.
You get to dedicate 50 minutes to punching and kicking combined with segments of fast-paced cardio. Bring all the frustration you have and by the end of class, it will be gone.
The best part of this class is that the last five minutes or so are dedicated to a nutrition topic. Check out a class, work up a sweat and learn some awesome new health tricks with Strike.
After I worked out my frustrations, I wanted to try a class where I could unwind and challenge myself. I was able to do both of those things with Rhythm Ride.
I recommend getting to any cycling class a few minutes early to get your bike positioned. The instructor was very helpful and got me ready to go within a few minutes. I really enjoyed being able to workout with an encouraging fitness instructor and some awesome music.
For a great way to push your heart rate and unwind for the day, definitely check out Rhythm Ride. If you want to get rid of some stress and tension, then head on over to Strike. Both classes are fun and worth checking out.
My goals for this next week are to add another bingo to my card and to eat more balanced. Get out this week to try a new fitness class and enjoy the fall weather.
