Vandalism At Sioux Falls Car Lot Causes Over $20K Of Damage

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — A Sioux Falls car lot owner says two teens have caused more than $20,000 of damage to 20 new vehicles at his dealership.

KDLT-TV reports ( ) that two teens body slammed the new vehicles and hopped from car to car. The incident has been recorded by security cameras at Schulte Subaru.

Owner Mike Schulte says a witness alerted police about the vandalism Thursday evening. He says the two teens fled when authorities arrived.

Schulte says police have collected handprints, fingerprints and shoeprints from the lot. He says he hopes authorities find the vandals so that the damage doesn’t occur again.
