Trey Dickerson to transfer

Point guard Trey Dickerson will be transferring to another school, according to a press release from the USD sports information office.

Dickerson, a junior, averaged 10.4 points, 2.2 rebounds and 2.8 assists for the men’s team this season, the release stated.

 He led the Coyotes in assists, was the team’s third-leading scorer and was one of five players chosen for the Summit League’s all-Newcomer Team.

“We thanked Trey for his contributions to the University of South Dakota,” said head coach Craig Smith in the release. “We respect his decision and we wish him success in his future endeavors.”
