Player of the Pack: Cooper Thau

Cooper Thau is a senior nursing major and midfielder on the soccer team from Broomfield, Colo.

Austin Lammers: What inspired you to pursue nursing?

Cooper Thau: I really love helping people. I want to do something rewarding as a job and I feel a calling to it.

AL: If you could design a pair of scrubs, what would it look like?

CT: I would put puppies on them.

AL: Which Will Ferrell movie is your favorite?

CT: I dressed up as Jackie Moon for Halloween last year, so I’d say “Semi-pro.”

AL: If you had to give up avocados or tea, which one would you pick?

CT: I would have to give up avocados. I drink tea every day.

AL: What’s your favorite memory with the soccer team?

CT: My freshman year we won our last conference game of the season and made it into the tournament.
