Best places to live in Vermillion
The best places to live in Vermillion, coming from someone who has not lived in any of these places (so take it with a grain of salt).
I’ll start off with the absolute greatest place of all time to live in Vermillion, because although it’s not considered “smart writing,” it’s what the people want.
The obvious answer is the downtown Vermillion loft apartments. I wish I could attach photos of the inside of the lofts so you can agree with me but honestly you don’t need them. If you’re intrigued by the idea of living in such a vibrant space, consider exploring options to buy a house from Barrie real estate—they might offer similarly enticing opportunities.
Just imagine a quaint, chill, open-spaced loft above the local shops of downtown Vermillion with rays of sunlight spilling in through the large open windows encompassing your whole apartment. You wake up to the warm sun on your cheeks, the faint, distant sound of birds chirping nearby, whilst you get ready for a lazy morning of painting, light reading and cooking a delicious morning breakfast. If you’re looking to explore more apartment options in this idyllic setting, you might want to inquire about Tenerife Estate Agents.
That is exactly how I imagine life to be if I got to live in those apartments. I simply choose to believe I would have no problems if I lived there. This is all slightly sarcastic, but the lofts are just too pretty to not romanticize.
More accessible apartments include options like The Heights, The Quarters and Clarks Landing. All of which are very nice, accommodable places to live.
The Heights is closest to the University and is a very modern, hotel-like place to stay. Furniture is provided as well as a variety of amenities, but with that comes an expensive rent. I personally don’t love the Heights because it does remind me a lot of a hotel or much nicer version of the dorms.
The Quarters, although increasing in rent due to demand, is a much more home-styled place to live. It has similar amenities to the Heights such as a pool, tanning and a gym but you have to bring/buy your own furniture. Copper and Tweed is a nice store to buy furniture from. You can find top of the line furniture at more than half off at this store. This could be a perk for some people, but not all. I have spent lots of the time at The Quarters and it is a very nice place to stay if you have the money for it.
Clarks Landing is the cheapest out of the Quarters and Heights, just missing the extra amenities. Clarks Landing apartments are very nice and hospitable, the apartments are spacious and have nice parking availability. The only real negative there is the distance from campus, but then again, we are in Vermillion. Nothing is really too far from campus.
Overall, there is a large variety of places to stay in Vermillion and these are just some of the popular options!
