USD intramurals opens up fall season

Students struggling to find something to do in the first few weeks at the University of South Dakota can turn to intramurals as a social event as well as a health event.

The USD Wellness Center organizes on-campus intramurals and hopes to expand these team-building activities outside of Vermillion, said

Samantha Lowry, assistant director of activities at the USD Wellness Center.

Lowry organizes and oversees intramurals and club sports.

Volleyball and flag football registration are closed, but students can look to a number of activities throughout the year to get involved. To participate, students, faculty and staff can register online at www.IMLeagues.com or at the Wellness Center before the registration deadline.
