After enjoying my delicious soup, I got my sweat on this week when I attended Barre Blast.
Going into the class, I had heard from peers that this session would absolutely give anyone an intense workout.
Barre Blast did not disappoint. Although my legs were shaking during certain exercises, I left the class feeling really good.
Barre Blast combines exercises with the Barre, along with yoga poses and cardio. The instructor was super helpful and encouraging, and by no means will you feel lost in this class.
If you are looking to kick-start your workouts for this winter, try a Barre Blast class. I will definitely be returning for another.
Being a part of the bingo experience thus far has been very rewarding for my mental and physical health. I have not completed as many classes as I would of liked to at this point, but there is no way I would have tried any of these new workouts without the push from the bingo challenge.
