Butternut squash bisque and Barre Blast is the perfect combination

Butternut squash is a delicious, beautiful thing and this is the time of year to start experimenting with ways to incorporate it into recipes.

Right now, it’s really cheap to purchase butternut squash and it has a long shelf life. So, what are you waiting for? Go buy some today.

Allrecipes.com has an awesome, easy recipe for Butternut Squash Soup. I would consider it more of a “bisque,” although I am no professional on the topic. The soup is incredibly creamy and velvety.

I recommend looking up YouTube videos on how to prepare butternut squash because it can be kind of a pain in the butt. One thing is for sure – you won’t have to do any arm workouts that day.

If you are looking for a soup that leaves you feeling warm and comforted, look up a butternut squash soup recipe.

After enjoying my delicious soup, I got my sweat on this week when I attended Barre Blast.

Going into the class, I had heard from peers that this session would absolutely give anyone an intense workout.

Barre Blast did not disappoint. Although my legs were shaking during certain exercises, I left the class feeling really good.

Barre Blast combines exercises with the Barre, along with yoga poses and cardio. The instructor was super helpful and encouraging, and by no means will you feel lost in this class.

If you are looking to kick-start your workouts for this winter, try a Barre Blast class. I will definitely be returning for another.

Being a part of the bingo experience thus far has been very rewarding for my mental and physical health. I have not completed as many classes as I would of liked to at this point, but there is no way I would have tried any of these new workouts without the push from the bingo challenge.

My challenge to you this upcoming week is to try a vegetable that you have never cooked with before.
