Nov. 1
1. Report of theft at the 10 block of East main St. A woman’s purse and iPhone was stolen while she was inside the Charcoal Lounge. Both the purse and phone were later found on USD campus and returned to owner.

Nov. 2
3. A female was cited for underage consumption of alcohol near 700 block of Lincoln St. In response to a check welfare call, officers made contact with the female at an apartment complex in the area. The female was found sitting outside a door in an apartment complex.
Nov. 3
4. A 30-year-old female was allegedly assaulted by two unknown females near the 300 block of S. Plum St. Victim did not need medical treatment. Case is still under investigation.
Nov. 5
5. Vermillion Police arrested 30-year-old male on an outstanding arrest warrant. The man entered Vermillion Police headquarters to visit one of the inmates in prison.
