People of the Pack: John Raney

John Raney is a senior at the University of South Dakota and is majoring in advertising.

SM: What is your favorite day of the year?

JR: Wow. That’s really tough. I guess I’d have to say Christmas because I get to spend time with my family and we all
get to be together.

SM: Tell me about someone you admire.

JR: My dad because he’s always been there for me and he sets a good example for me.

SM: What did you want to be when you grew up as a kid?

JR: I really wanted to be a pro wrestler and a firefighter.

SM: Why did you want to be both of those?

JR: I really looked up to firefighters and a pro wrestler because I thought wresting was really, really cool when I was a little kid.
