Students invited to submit art to USD School of Law contest
USD’s Native American Law Student Association is sponsoring an art contest that is open to all college artists in the state. The theme of the artwork is Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) and coincides with the group’s symposium this month.
The winner of the contest will win a $100 prize and will have their piece permanently displayed in the USD School of Law courtroom. All pieces of work submitted will be displayed around the school from March 30-31.
Submissions are due by March 18 and can be mailed or dropped off at the USD School of Law. Submissions can include paintings, drawings, photography, collages and some mixed media. Questions and requests for an entry form and details may be sent to [email protected].
