SGA senators announce executive campaigns

Two executive partnerships will compete for votes to become the next president and vice president of the Student Government Association at the University of South Dakota.

SGA External Communications Manager Sami Zoss, junior, and senator Michael Buchanan, sophomore, will run against senators Nicholas Henchal, junior, and Chelsea Gilbertson, sophomore. Zoss and Henchal are running for president, with Buchanan and Gilbertson running for the position of vice president.

Their candidacies were announced at SGA’s Tuesday night meeting in the Pit Lounge of the Muenster University Center. SGA elections are scheduled for March 3 and 4.
